Lowes Realty was established in the Bahamas in 1967 by William T. Lowes who was actually the first Town Planner in the Bahamas. Born in England and educated there Mr. Lowes was a fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a graduate and associate member of the Institution of Municipal Engineers.
Lowes Realty has been involved in commercial property management from its inception as well as high end residential properties. The company prides itself on dealing quickly and effectively with all inquiries and addressing all of the needs of the clients.
In 2000, Alexander Alexiou joined the company to offer new insight and brought the company into the new era of the World Wide Web with the inclusion of Bahamasrealestate.com. This has shown to be a great tool for the company to expand on its world wide reach. "Globalization is not only for large businesses and corporations it is for everyone, with a little knowledge and forward thinking we can all achieve our goals of doing business around the world as well as our own back yard." This has been the new thrust of the company which has now blossomed and is currently expanding.
Lowes Realty is committed to giving our clients the best possible purchasing experience, with fast, fair and hassle free service. We are available to our clients whenever they need us for advice and information on any aspect of the Bahamas, not necessarily real estate. We seek to have all of the necessary information available to help our clients make informed decisions on purchasing property and on doing business in the Bahamas. We require all our staff to keep up to date on the most recent developments within the community, current laws and legislation pertaining to our industry. The staff at Lowes Realty are qualified and licensed brokers and sales people under the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and the Bahamas Real Estate Association.
